In conjunction with the organizers, we manage conference programs by:
- Transferring of delegates to and from airport and from the hotel to the Venue
- Hiring of conference equipment e.g. flip charts, overhead projectors, PCs, Copies and Public Address Systems.
- Working out official functions like cocktails and dinners.
- Organizing pre and post conference tours and daily activities for Spouses who are not participants.
Huria Safaris and Tours has the capacity to comfortably handle transport needs of a sizeable groups either for conference seekers and missionaries and other charitable groups.
Our fleet of mini-buses which range from 8seaters ,25 seaters,4x4 vehicles and trucks where need be,has given us an edge over other transport services providers.they specially fitted with pop-up roofs in order to give our clients free view of surrounding and good photography.They have super comfortable seats that lessen fatigue while on a long journey.In the same vehicles you find cooler boxes to ensure unfailing supply of cool water needed in tropical countries.
